Use 1/2 cup in fabric softener dispenser. Add 1/2 cup water.

Liquid Castille Laundry Soap (using bar soap)

4 cups hot water

1 bar Kirk’s Castile Soap Original

1 bar Dr. Bronner’s Magic Soaps Pure-Castile Soap, All-One Hemp Lavender

1 cup Arm & Hammer Washing Soda (Walmart carries it in detergent aisle)

1 cup Borax (Walmart carries this as well in detergent aisle)

Liquid Laundry Soap

4 cups hot water

1 bar soap (Fels Naptha, Ivory, Castille, Zote)

1 cup Washing Soda

½ cup Borax

Powder Laundry Soap

1 cup Washing Soda

1 cup Baking Soda

1 cup Borax

1 bar soap (Fels Naptha, Dr. Bronner’s, Castille, Zote, Ivory)

Glass Cleaner

  • ¼ cup vinegar combined with about 3 cups water in a spray bottle
  • full strength vinegar on greasy/sticky spots

Disinfectant

  • Full Strength vinegar in a spray bottle. Daily spray faucets and toilet handle.
  • This also works to avoid soap build up in showers. I spray the shower stall and liner after showering.
  • Spray on cutting boards and counter tops. Follow with hydrogen peroxide. Allow to dry before washing.

 

 Toilet /Sink/Tub Cleaner

  • Borax- sprinkle and let sit before scrubbing
  • Baking Soda- sprinkle and let sit before scrubbing
  • Vinegar
